How To Make Tacos by David

Get 1 pound of beef and start cooking it in a pan.
Once it is cooked all the way through (medium rare does not go well with tacos) add one packet of taco seasoning.
Add two cans of kidney or pinto beans, add lid and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Pour enough canola oil in to a different pan so that you are able to submerge the taco shell all the way.

Really Delicious Pictures

Homemade Jalapeno Poppers
Because of my wife’s work schedule I have been trying my hand in the kitchen.  Yesterday I made my first ever Jalapeno Poppers.  I wish I would have taken pictures because they were  pretty not to mention that they were delicious! … though I guess one can’t see delicious.  I am going to make them again this week and when I do I will try to remember to take pictures and post them.

I’m Full!
Today my wife Amanda made some really good food. She got up early and started some roast and added potatoes and carrots. The special moment of the dinner was her always delicious butterhorns.
