Mosaic Mercy

Greetings Friends,

We have now been in the United States since July 7. Our 6 weeks in Peine, Germany went by very quickly. We want to thank everyone who took their time to pray and for those who helped us financially because without you it would have not been possible to go and share Jesus with the Germans. We plan on keeping you updated more often over the course of the next year.

Starting now and for however long it takes, we are beginning a new journey. On our last Friday in Peine we spoke with the elders of Christusgemeinde about the possibility of returning to work full-time. What will our full-time job be? Right now there is no one available to do the follow up work for the Let’s Start Talking program. This is where we enter. We will move to Peine, Germany and host Let’s Start Talking teams. Once they have gone back home we will begin to pick up where they left off and meet with their readers.

Now we begin the job of full-time support raising. We are just beginning to understand what all this entails. Right now, more than ever, we need your prayer support. We keep thinking about how bad the dollar is and wonder how long it may take to get back. But then we remember verses like Colossians 1:15-18,

“We look at this Son and see the God who cannot be seen. We look at this Son and see God’s original purpose in everything created. For everything, absolutely everything, above and below, visible and invisible, rank after rank after rank of angels—everything got started in him and finds its purpose in him. He was there before any of it came into existence and holds it all together right up to this moment. And when it comes to the church, he organizes and holds it together, like a head does a body.”

God owns everything, right? Then despite the slumping dollar He still provides. We have a goal to get back by this time next year but at the same time are keeping the mind set that this will happen in God’s timing—in season, when it’s correct. We will keep you updated.
