- Paul (Saul)- Murdered followers of Jesus.
- Israel- Read the Old Testament to put that into context.
- Satan- He is the father of lies.
- The Whole World minus 8 people who entered the Ark.- So much sin, not enough life preservers.

I kinda agree on Satan. When we are talking about sinners I think to stay on topic we need to talk about entities that are strictly corporeal. Satan is a spirit and is pure sin. He is where sin originated and to say name the top five sinners and include Satan would be like to say name the top five good people and put God in the list. Unfair competition.
